Return Policy

A 30-day (from day of purchase) return policy is in place for customers who received an item which has a manufacturer's defect.. (This refund policy excludes custom work and products.) A full refund will be issued upon receiving the item back. Please ship back to the Colliflower, LLC office, the address of which is stated in the "Contact Us" section.

For Sawstop Table saws, a new-blade, new-stop, new-throat plate policy is in place for those who are worried the aluminum plate will engage their "stop." My plate is designed to avoid all contact with the blade, arbor, and "charged" elements of the SawStop. But if one believes the plate engaged the stop, the plate must be sent back and, upon receiving and inspecting the plate, and upon seeing evidence that the plate engaged the stop, a new blade, stop, and throat plate will be given to the customer at Colliflower, LLC's expense.


Shipping

In regard to non-wholesale purchases, products are expected to be shipped within 1 week of purchase. If a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, it is expected to ship within 2 weeks of purchase. We apologize if there are delays. We do our best to get our products out in a timely manner. If you are in a rush and need your item quickly, please send an email to jcolliflower373@gmail.com and let me know. We’ll do our best to rush it out.

In regard to wholesale and larger quantities, products are expected to ship within 2 weeks of purchase, but depending upon quantities ordered and stock, shipment can take up to 4 weeks.
